As soon as the carrier delivers the package to the pick‑up point or parcel locker, you will receive an SMS and email with a PIN code.
You can then provide this code to the staff at the pick‑up point or enter it on the locker’s keypad or screen.
How many days do I have to pick up my package?
Self‑service lockers: Maximum 2 days
Pick‑up points: 7 days
What should I do if I am given someone else’s package?
Always check if your name is on the shipping label. If it isn’t, do not accept the package.
At pick‑up points: Inform the staff immediately.
At lockers: Leave the package inside, close the compartment, and contact the carrier’s customer service line.
